The first step: hard.

Hard.

LOOK AT YOURSELF

Are you the person who quits the first instance when it gets hard?

Are you the person who says I will do something and then make up excuses when you don’t?

Are you the person who runs away when you feel uncomfortable?

If you are this person, don’t worry

Because everyone has been this person once

In my opinion, it only requires a small mindset shift to change

When shit gets hard, I don’t think that I can’t do this.

I think that if this is hard it means I’m doing something right

It means that 99% of people probably aren’t doing this

You need to chase that feeling

You need to be uncomfortable

Now I know this is easy to say

But how do you actually do it?

For me, I started small

I noticed that I’m good at starting work

But the moment I had to do something hard I got unmotivated and did something else

For me, it was as simple as saying to myself

“When I face something hard I will do it anyway”

“Success is supposed to be hard”

And then failure after failure after failure

I slowly started getting better

I started pushing against those weak thoughts

And I started liking it

And now

I chase that feeling

Noticing something is hard to do but fucking doing it anyway

It starts with your mind and after that you can change your actions
